Countries: We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

United Kingdom: £3.95

United Kingdom: Free shipping on orders over £40
Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are processed at our warehouse within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.
Transit Time

Estimated Delivery Time: 5-10 business days.
Business Days: Shipments occur Monday to Friday.
Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.
Shipping Process

Insured Shipments: All shipments are insured. Contact our customer service in case of loss or damage during transit.
Order Tracking

Tracking Information: After purchase, you will receive an email with tracking information and the tracking number.
Track Your Order: You can track your order via our website. Simply enter your tracking number on our tracking portal to view the status of your order.

Missing Items

Reporting Missing Items: Contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your package via support@venevira.store.
Resolution: We will resolve the issue as soon as possible and send a replacement item or offer a refund.

 

 

Unresponsive Customer Policy

If we need to contact you regarding your order (e.g. to verify your shipping address or clarify order details), we will use the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure this email address is accurate and regularly monitored. If we do not receive a response within 5 business days after at least two (2) contact attempts, we reserve the right to proceed with the information available to us. In that case, we shall not be held liable for any delivery issues arising from unconfirmed, incomplete, or incorrect details provided by the customer.

Refused & Unclaimed Deliveries

If a parcel is refused at delivery or remains unclaimed beyond the carrier's holding period, the parcel will be returned to the sender. In such cases, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs should they wish the item to be sent again. Refunds for refused or unclaimed parcels will be issued minus the original shipping fee and any return-to-sender costs incurred. This does not apply where delivery was refused due to visible damage — in that case, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
